Application Confirmation
By submitting this Application Form you confirm that you are requesting to be listed in the ISBA's Business Directory until 31 December 2024 at the cost of your chosen Directory Package and on the ISBA Business Directory Terms and Conditions (which, together with this Application Form, will form your agreement with ISBA for and in connection with the Business Directory if your application is accepted). An invoice will be provided on acceptance by ISBA of your application and, if accepted, your entry in the Business Directory will commence when your payment is received in full (and in cleared funds) by ISBA.
