o Impartially manage and advise on the appointment of the consultant team, Architects, Engineers, Planning Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, etc.
o Manage the planning application process should it be required.
o Management of the build tender process ensuring the right contractor is employed for the project with optimum delivery programme and price.
o Financial monitoring and approval of payments to the professional team and contractors.
o Monitor quality on the client’s behalf for a smooth handover and validation of build defects warranty.
o Represent the client’s best interests in dispute resolution.
